Delivery options

We currently offer two ways to get your order:

• Kochi — Porter delivery or self pickup: available in glass jars (160g, 280g) and travel plastic jars (280g, 330g), across our Original, Spicy, Hot Honey and Meat flavours. Choose Porter delivery to your door within Kochi, or self pickup from our Kakkanad location.
• India-wide courier: our 280g and 330g plastic jars are shipped by courier to addresses across India.

Dispatch time

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation and payment. During high-demand periods, dispatch may take slightly longer — we'll let you know if there's a delay.

Delivery time

• Porter (Kochi): usually same-day or next-day, depending on when the order is confirmed.
• Self pickup (Kakkanad, Kochi): ready for pickup as soon as we confirm your order — we'll share exact timing on WhatsApp.
• India-wide courier: typically 3–8 business days depending on your location, after dispatch.

Shipping charges

For India-wide courier orders, shipping is calculated by billed package weight and delivery zone:

• Kerala — ₹70/kg
• South India (Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Puducherry, Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep) — ₹90/kg
• Central / West India (Maharashtra, Goa, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Daman & Diu) — ₹120/kg
• North & East India (all remaining states and union territories) — ₹160/kg

The exact shipping estimate is shown on the order form based on the items in your cart and your state, and the final amount is confirmed with you before dispatch. For Kochi Porter deliveries, delivery charges (if any) are confirmed directly on WhatsApp based on your location.

Delays

While we package carefully and work with reliable courier and delivery partners, delivery timelines are estimates and can occasionally be affected by weather, courier delays, or incorrect/incomplete address details. We'll do our best to keep you informed if this happens.
